Taylor & Hill, Inc. is a full service engineering, design/drafting, laser scanning, and professional staffing services firm operating out of Houston, Texas. They bill on average 25 million dollars per year (as of 2013) and have a payroll of about 20 million dollars per year for anywhere from 150-250 contract personnel at a time.

They were having issues billing for a major client who was requesting that Taylor & Hill enter Time and Attendance for each employee on the client's own software. “We made a lot of errors,” Controller Olga Arnold said, “We manually had to enter that information into their system.”
